Uploaded evidence is stored in a temporary session folder only to support review, archive generation, and archive reload. Temporary uploads are removed when local data is cleared and by automatic cleanup after the session or retention period expires.

Response records the technical check result. Status means: Final = confirmed, TBA = to be approved by reviewer, TBC = to be confirmed by client or another discipline. Attach documents, screenshots, or emails to each item when evidence is required.
