Before sharing any project information, please refer to the Compliance requirements. All responses are stored locally in this browser unless you choose to export a file. Uploaded evidence is stored in a temporary session folder solely to support the review process, archive generation, and archive reload. Temporary uploads are removed when local data is cleared and are also subject to automatic cleanup after the session ends or the applicable retention period expires. While reasonable measures are taken to protect uploaded information, 100% security cannot be guaranteed. Please avoid uploading sensitive or confidential information unless necessary.

Response records the technical check result. Status means: Final = confirmed, TBA = to be approved by reviewer, TBC = to be confirmed by client or another discipline. Attach documents, screenshots, or emails to each item when evidence is required.
